In September 2013, Red Belt organized in Geneva a Meet Up dedicated to the Human Resources and Organization Development managers of 30 renowned companies of the Geneva county. The topic was: «When a critical or sensitive change occurs within an organization or a team, what do you propose? “. Fabienne Redondi, accompanied with Anne Moity, presented her quite new approach of change management through the Appreciative Inquiry method. The participants were able to experiment the positive impact of an appreciative interview. They were able to understand how a strength-based approach could limit the resistances and generates a momentum towards change. They then discussed the interest of such an innovative approach for HR within their companies.
