Our five-phase approach starts with a detailed analysis of the situation and the critical questions to be covered. The coaching schedule is then defined during the first meetings.

Team Coaching consists of 6 to 10 sessions with the leader(s), a flexible seminar of two days (consecutive or not) and its duration, proportionate to the size of the group, can vary from 3 to 6 months.
